I. Guarantee for High Quality of Equipment

1.       The company provides products in accordance with domestic and international advanced standards;

2.       The company strictly executes technical specifications stipulated in contracts and provides customers with brand-new, mature and reliable transformer products with advanced technologies;

3.       The company is responsible for quality of its products including matching parts, cooperation parts, outsourced components and all kinds of accessories.

II. Guarantee for After-sales Service Quality

1.       The company implements three guarantees for repair, replacement or compensation of its products during the period of the three guarantees according to quality policy of national mechanical and electrical products;

2.       The company gives feedback suggestions within 2 hours upon receipt of information on product quality problems; and if on-site service is required, the company dispatches staff to the sites within 24 hours;

3.       During installation of equipment, the company dispatches its staff to the sites for assisting in hanging cores and guiding installation;

4.       Timely supplying spare products and spare parts;

5.       Providing free training service for operators of using units;

6.       Strengthening technical contact with customers and timely providing technical service.
